The Paley Center for Media
Scolnik Enterprises helped the Paley Center restructure and revitalize it’s Los Angeles location: the Paley Center for Media in LA. Additionally, we helped increase revenues and audience reach by quadrupling PaleyFestival sponsorships, adding new digital programming to support PaleyFest and Paley Center programs. That initiative resulted in a YouTube channel that now has over 47 Millions views and a regular content update schedule. We also added live streaming to their public programs which now reach thousands per show and we significantly grew social reach for PaleyFest.

Paley Center for Media – Digital Archive
The Paley Center’s permanent media collection contains nearly 150,000 television and radio programs and advertisements. Scolnik Enterprises assisted the client by providing a digital asset management strategy and tactical roadmap. During the project we made a thorough review of the current technology solutions and business processes including ingesting, encoding, editing, meta-tagging, digital rights management, and curatorial process. We identified risks and opportunities. We prioritized use cases to ensure a high-quality, efficient workflow and user experience for stakeholders.

Paley Center & United States Olympic Committee Archive
Scolnik managed the first digitized archive of the televised Olympics and brokered a partnership between The Paley Center for Media and the USOC. Scolnik oversaw the project from concept to strategy to design.

Miami DolphinsArchive and Digital Asset Management
Scolnik worked across departmental silos to get a holistic view of the organization’s digital asset management practices. From there we reviewed business processes and workflow, gathered requirements, vetted potential vendors and delivered a Digital Asset Management Governance model. We suggested meta-tagging improvements, and potential DAM solution providers that would increase operational efficiency, reduce unneeded storage redundancies, and position the organization well for future growth.
